To bring this alive we focus on understanding the estate needs of every service whilst challenging each service to do things differently with the ultimate aim of reducing the overall estate footprint.
Whilst we work with technical experts and give due attention to a solution that delivers a fit for purpose, functionally suitable set of buildings our unique selling proposition is putting the needs of clinical services first. We also bring a pragmatism to the project and constantly seek to get our clients to think differently and rationalise their estate down as far as possible.
Recent clients include Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS FT, Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust, East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust, The James Paget University Hospitals NHS FT, The Isle of Wight NHS Trust, The Royal Berkshire, Berkshire Healthcare, Leicestershire Partnership, Southern Health and Worcestershire Health and Care Trust. We subsequently worked with Berkshire to link their estate strategy to cost improvement plans and BEH to develop estate related business cases.
