Rubicon were commissioned in November 2011 to undertake an urgent review of the business case and proposed public consultation associated with potential changes to services at Heatherwood and Wexham Park NHS Foundation Trust. As a result of our review the East Berkshire health community have agreed to pause plans to allow time for more detailed work to be done on the service model. We are continuing to support the health community through this process.
