Thames Valley Integrated Care business case

The ten CCG commissioners across the Thames Valley area are writing a business case to support the reprocurement of NHS111 services once the existing NHS111 contracts come to an end. In line with the Keogh review and new urgent care commissioning standards, the new service will integrate NHS111 call handling and advice with the primary care out of hours service. Rubicon is supporting the business case by constructing an activity and financial model to demonstrate the relative affordability of the new service, and to show the potential impact of the new service on demand for other services across the urgent and emergency care pathway.
